Where do orders ship from?

A US warehouse. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day, and delivery typically takes 2-5 business days anywhere in the US. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.

How much is shipping?

Free on US orders over $40. Under $40, the exact rate is calculated at checkout before you pay. Full details in our shipping policy.

My tracking hasn't moved - what do I do?

Reach out through the contact page with your order number. We reply within 1 business day and we'll sort it out - replacement or refund, your call.

Returns

What's the return policy?

30 days from delivery, no forms, no restocking fees, no fight. If a product flopped for you, tell us through the contact page and we'll send return instructions. Full refund to your original payment method. Details in our refund policy.

Do I need the original packaging?

No. You used it - that's the point of testing it. Send it back in any reasonable condition.

Our products

Do you really test everything you sell?

Yes - that's the whole store. We buy the viral products, use them daily for weeks, and only list what holds up. Most don't make it. Read exactly how on our How We Test page.

Why is your catalog so small?

On purpose. We'd rather sell six products that passed testing than six hundred we've never touched.

Is there a discount for first orders?
