Shipping

Every order ships to you directly from our supplier's warehouse. We don't hold stock ourselves, and we'd rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.

Timing

Most orders arrive within 10–14 days. Some items ship from a US warehouse and land faster — often 2–4 days — but we quote the longer window on purpose, because we'd rather beat it than miss it. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Cost

US shipping is free on orders over $40. For orders under $40, the exact rate is calculated at checkout before you pay.

If your tracking stalls or your package arrives damaged, reach out through our contact page with your order number and we'll sort it out — replacement or refund, your call.
