Every product we sell passed our own testing before it earned a spot in the catalog. If it flopped for you anyway, send it back. No forms, no restocking fees, no fight.

How it works

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return. Reach out through our contact page with your order number and a quick note on what didn't work, and we'll reply with return instructions within one business day.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Damaged or wrong item?

Send us a photo through the contact page and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — you won't need to argue for it.

Exchanges

The fastest route is to return the item you have and place a new order once your refund is confirmed.
